At Pavilion Healthcare we are committed to giving you high quality products at the best possible prices and 1st class service. Every effort will be made to despatch all orders received before 3pm that day. Although we try to keep all of our products in stock on the occasions we do not have your ordered product you will be contacted by E-Mail or Telephone to advise you of anticipated delivery.
If any product purchased from www.pavilionhealth.co.uk is found to be damaged in transit we will either replace or refund the product at the customers discretion provided we are notified within 3 Days of delivery if the delivery has been signed for as received or 7 days if the delivery was not signed for. All returns must be notified to pavilionhealth.co.uk prior to return within 14 days of delivery of the product. Any packing errors with your order must also be notified within 14 days of delivery.
In the event of a customer ordering an item from www.pavilionhealth.co.uk in error and through no fault of Pavilion Healthcare we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to Pavilion Healthcare at the customers expense within 14 days unused and in saleable condition. In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage after mistakenly purchasing a product, www.pavilionhealth.co.uk reserves the right to charge an uplift fee to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer. In cases where an order is returned, we reserve the right to retain the cost of the outward carriage.
All goods remain the property of Pavilion Healthcare, until payment is received in full.
